General
You can book our simulator for any event, indoor or outdoor! We can provide entertainment for company gatherings, birthday parties, or any type of occasion that could use a little extra fun!
We typically take 1-1.5 hours for set up and 30-45 minutes for disassembly. Don't worry though, this time doesn't count towards your booking time. We will make sure to allow ourselves enough time to have the simulator ready when your booking starts and won't start taking it down until your full booking time has ended.
Each rental includes our inflatable bay, launch monitor, projection screen, golf balls, and one right-handed set of clubs. A left-handed or junior set of clubs can be included upon request.
Our pricing varies depending on the type of event and how long you want to book the simulator. Our typical rate is 100 dollars per hour, but your total cost could vary depending on circumstances.
We prefer a flat, open area of 14'X21' and a clearance of about 12 feet high. If you are unsure about how your venue would be able to fit the simulator, reach out to us and we can help with that determination.
We use the FlightScope Mevo Gen 2 launch monitor, paired with GS Pro software to bring the most realistic look and feel to the shots you see on screen. This software will include swing metrics, access to multiple world-renowned courses, and shot accuracy that makes you feel like you're actually on the course.
Yes, we do! You can contact us to help cater to any event you might be hosting- anything from a large corporate event to a small family gathering.

Our equipment is fully insured. We will require you to fill out a Liability waiver for any bodily injury or property damage to outside structures.
No problem! We understand that some circumstances happen unexpectedly. We do require at least 24 hours' notice for a free cancellation, otherwise we will require a fee of 50% of the booking price. Contact us via Facebook Messenger or 502-827-8169 if you need to cancel.
